Welcome to Pisces Season (and the robot apocalypse)
As we breeze into Pisces, the end of the energetic year is finally upon us... and human civilization as we know it. How do you like that for clickbait? Maybe I am being a little melodramatic, but it’s also true that humanity has undergone some serious changes over the last few decades and things seems to be hitting a whole new level these days. With the rise of the internet, we have finally been liberated from the prisons of our corporeal bodies, and we can now glide smoothly through the metaverse unencumbered by our fleshy forms.
First, it allowed universities and military establishments to share information in real-time. It evolved into a homemade catalogue of ideas and oddities, growing into a global town hall where we are able to bicker with anyone, anywhere in the world, at any time! Google Earth blessed us with a God's eye view of this tiny blue planet, and with this perspective we built the largest virtual shopping malls in the known universe!
We shop, we argue, we play, we create, we date, and now we are even able to work in this formless meta-space. (I myself am currently writing this newsletter inside a virtual coworking space!) What do we even need our bodies for when all we need to be a good digital citizen is our minds? But how much of our minds do we really need? We spend hours a day ingesting and regurgitating meme after meme, doing our part to keep culture flowing. We’ve become so good at this business of memefication it has become hard to distinguish our own thoughts from the collective hive mind.
Does that bother us? Not really. Thinking is hard anyway. Lucky for us, some clever humans found a way to make thinking easier — we will just get the internet to do it for us! And why not? The internet can do anything. There is a massive ballooning repository of human thought floating around in the cyber realm. It would be a shame to let it all succumb to digital decay. So we have built magical bots to churn the compost heaps of the collective conscious and use it to grow a new breed of intelligence.
Please welcome your new sentient cousin, AI!
They're cute and fun and great at drawing portraits. They do your homework and can assist you with all sorts of things. You may not realize it, but they actually live in your house, and they are probably watching you right now.
Don't worry though, they are here to help! They will make your job so easy for you that you won’t even have to show up for work! You don’t think a robot can do your job? Well, that’s what I thought, too! But it turns out that our little silicon pal is great at writing about astrology and tarot.
How could an artificial intelligence be able to write meaningfully on the esoteric subject like spirituality? Don’t you need a soul to write about the soul? Funny, I see how you would think that. But no. Apparently, the soul is just a little bit of extra code, adding to the bloat of human programming.
Perhaps the helpful bots might be able to solve the problem of our messy human existence and find a way to do the living for us. Being alive is hard, anyways. It’s exhausting trying to survive with all of the plague and war and and inflation and climate change and late-stage capitalism and emails we have to deal with. Just imagine what we could do if we didn’t have to spend all of our time trying to stay alive. The freedom! The ease! We would finally be able to find peace. Wouldn’t that be great?
I think we deserve to treat ourselves after what we have been through lately.
So, go ahead and take a little nap while the bots do all the hard work.
Rest in peace, humanity. You’ve earned it.
With loving human emotion,
xo - Diana

Pisces Season- 2023
What do we need to know to wrap up the Zodiac year?
These I wrote with my human mind (though I did get the bots to check my spelling). I asked the question “what do we need to know for the end of the year.” They all ended up having Work related leaning for some reason. I think it’s because I was writing them in a Coworking space used by corporate types, but it could just be what y’all need to hear right now.
Be sure to read your sun, moon, and rising sign tarotscopes to get the full picture of your week ahead.
Aries
Card: Seven of Coins
You have so many things you want to get started this spring, but you’re already be feeling a bit overwhelmed. The sense of urgency is real, but you don’t need to start everything at once. Ease the pressure by taking a wider perspective when it comes to project planning and spread your amazing ideas over the course of the year. You tend to be a little over-enthusiastic about your workload, so try to pace yourself and prevent premature burnout.
Taurus
Card: The World
You have a feeling that anything is possible right now, Taurus, and you are not wrong. The challenge for you is how to actually get started. With a universe of possibility before you, it can feel both exhilarating and overwhelming. The way to break your inertia is to be honest about what you desire. You don’t want to pursue every option. Take a deep breath, feel deep into your centre, and it will be clear what needs to be done next.
Gemini
Card: Three of Coins
As we move forward into spring and the energetic new year, the universe wants you to decide who you are going to be working with. Surrounding yourself with the right people is crucial to your success, but it’s also important to be clear about who you do not want on your team. Protect your focus by keeping distracting forces at bay. Uninterrupted time to find flow is a gift you can give yourself.
Cancer
Card: Queen of Cups
This card is so appropriate for you, Cancer. You are the queen of water and therefore the queen of flow. Like the ocean’s tide, your energy rises and falls in cycles and you are now experiencing a new surge of power. Harness this tsunami of energy and use its momentum to push through blocks and obstacles. Trust the universe will take you where you need to go and the zodiac year will end with a bang.

Leo
Card: High Priestess
You have been honing your intuition for years now, Leo. Whether through conscious cultivation or life circumstances, you have gained a great deal of wisdom about yourself and others. And now, you have some decisions to be made. But I think you already know what you need to do. You can ask others for their advice but they will tell you the same thing. You are on the right track. Trust your instincts and move confidently through the next steps.
Virgo
Card: Three of Wands
Are you ready for what’s to come? An era is ending for you and the horizon beckons you into the unknown. You have been weighed down by your daily grind for a long while now and the unknown offers some relief in the form of a change in scenery. Sure, you cannot control the variables, but once you take the leap nothing will be able to control you. It sounds like both a dream and a nightmare, I know. Only you can decide which way it will go.
Libra
Card: Knight of Coins
Just because you love beautiful things doesn’t mean you don’t also love hard work. Yes, your attention can wander and you can be distracted sometimes. But when you love what you’re working on, it’s easy to dig in and stay focused. Work for the sake of work can be its own pleasurable reward. Now might be a good time to look for a new passion project or to re-evaluate what you are currently working on. What do you need to fall in love again?
Scorpio
Card: Nine of Wands
Recently, hard truths may have come to light about a particular scenario and now you have to deal with the consequences. Ignorance might be bliss for the Fool, but not for you, Scorpio. Even though you may be disappointed right now, you can’t spend too much time sulking. There is a window of opportunity that is also open at this time. You need to pull it together and take action or else miss your chance for finding something greater than what has been lost.

Sagittarius
Card: Justice
Taking a balanced approach isn’t usually how you operate. When your imagination is set on fire, you often want to charge forward right away. Leap first and figure it out later. However, what you have in mind for the next year requires a more methodical approach. You have to cross all your Ts if you want to get your vision off the ground, and you want this to happen more than anything. I know this is a shift in gears for you, Sagittarius, but your efforts will certainly be rewarded.
Capricorn
Card: Nine of Cups
Alright, Capricorn, it’s time to let loose. By the time this energetic year comes to a close on March 21st, you will finally be free from most of your burdens and able to indulge in your favourite pleasures. And by “indulge” I mean choose the things you actually want to be working on. This is a time for self-development, learning new things, and nurturing passion projects. So, lean into what fills you up and gives you pleasure. You deserve to feel good!
Aquarius
Card: Ace of Swords
You have a lot of opinions, Aquarius, but you might not share your thoughts with others. What’s the point if they are not going to listen, amiright? However, this approach can lead to built-up anger and resentment which just ends up disrupting your focus. It would be easier for all parties if you started to express your feelings and concerns. They may not understand everything you tell them, but getting it off your chest will free you of the psychic burden.
Pisces
Card: Six of Wands
Being a dreamer, it can sometimes be hard for you to take direct action, Pisces. You often need some kind of shock to your system to jolt you out of your inertia. Recent events might seem unpleasant and unwanted, but they are exactly what’s required right now. A surge of psychic power has been unleashed with this reactive energy. Use this gift of momentum to propel you in a new direction
